Shipping

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and intentionally as possible.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

  • Shipping time:

    • Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

    • Expedited options available at checkout.

  • Carriers: Typically USPS, but other options available depending on your location.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • International orders: Currently, we only ship within the U.S. 

  • Address changes: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns: We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

    • To initiate a return, email incentional@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).

  • Final sale items: Gift cards, limited-edition items, and sale products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
